Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Service Definition
Aminova Tech offers three service modalities:
- Web Presence (One-time Payment): Development of informational websites and landing pages.
- Project Sprints (Payment per Sprint): Development of complex web applications, MVPs, and custom software.
- Aminova Care (Subscription): Recurring service for maintenance, hosting, and engineering hours.
2. Pricing and Modifications
Rates: Prices displayed on the website are referential for new contracts.
Price Changes: Aminova Tech reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. For clients with active subscriptions (Aminova Care), any price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
Quote Validity: Custom quotes are valid for 15 calendar days.
3. Payments and Billing
Projects (Presence & Sprints): Require a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% upon delivery or deployment.
Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance. Non-payment will result in temporary suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
The Client obtains full ownership of the code and visual assets only after full payment of corresponding invoices.
Aminova Tech reserves the right to use the project in its portfolio, unless a confidentiality agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". Aminova Tech shall not be liable for loss of profit or service interruptions caused by third parties (e.g., AWS, Vercel outages).
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
